Venture Capital refers to investments in companies that are at either and early stage of developing their business (i.e. start-ups) or at growth and expansion stage which we considered to have high-growth and possibly high-risk potential. Companies at early or growth stage often need capital, managerial expertise and/or technical expertise to enable them to commercialise or expand a new idea, technology or innovation.The FVCO (Future Venture Capital Offer) seeks to invest into companies which have strong growth potential, sound management and a competitive advantage. FVCO investments will include investments which develop or promote market leading Australian products and services and or international trade.
The Future Venture Capital Offer is not a property fund and will not invest into direct or indirect real property.
The FVCO is structured to conform to the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCAL) guidelines to comply with their Venture Capital authorisation and investment criteria. This specifically includes the Trade and Industry Venture Capital guidelines with a view to qualifying for various migration visas including Premium Investment Visa (PIV), Significant Investor Visa (SIV) and the 132 B Permanent Resident Venture Capital Visa.
Future Asset Management International (FAMI) has established and licensed this investment offer to attract sophisticated and experienced investors who seek extraordinary returns and/or who have a higher investment risk profile.
Future Asset Management International through the Future Asset Holding Fund (Managed Investment Scheme) is proud to offer this FVCO as a registered Australian Venture Capital Fund established to provide investors with a wide range of investment choices in this exciting and under serviced sector.
The Class A investment option will provide and offer ‘debt’ type venture capital to more mature companies that need short to medium term capital for expansion or IPO purposes.
The Class B investment option will include investment into dynamic companies (pre IPO) and or those already listed and seeking additional investment capital for acquisitions and or expansion.
The Class C investment option offers the investor their own choice of investment. This option C must also be into an Australian Venture Capital company selected by the investor but subject to the Fund Manager’s due diligence and approval.
